1 · Privacy.
This is the privacy policy for automationintelligence.com.au, operated by MIKE DROPS PTY LTD (ABN 84 691 269 182). We handle your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect
- Identity and contact info you provide when you buy, enquire, or request the Lead Leak Audit: name, business name, email, phone, suburb.
- Payment information processed by Stripe Payments Australia. We do not store your card number.
- Site content you supply for your build: copy, photos, brand assets, voice samples for AI Salesperson cloning.
- Usage data like IP address, browser type, pages viewed. Collected via standard server logs and privacy-respecting analytics.
- AI Salesperson conversations if you interact with Cyan, our AI agent, on this or any site we build. Logged to improve service.
- Audit submissions when you request the free Lead Leak Audit: business name, current website URL, contact email.
Why we collect it
- To deliver your personal brand website and 24/7 AI Salesperson in 48 hours as promised.
- To prepare your Lead Leak Audit report and follow-up recommendations.
- To issue invoices, process payments, and meet our tax obligations.
- To respond to your enquiries and provide ongoing support.
- To improve the service and the AI Salesperson over time.
Who we share it with
We share only what is necessary to deliver the service: Stripe for payment processing, Cloudflare and Netlify for hosting and content delivery, Twilio for SMS lead alerts (Plus Mobile tier and above), Google Workspace for email correspondence, and the Australian Tax Office where required by law. We do not sell your data, ever.
How long we keep it
Customer records and invoices are retained for seven years to meet Australian tax law. Enquiry and audit records are deleted after 24 months of no activity. AI Salesperson logs are retained for 12 months for service improvement.
Your rights
Under Australian privacy law you may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or update inaccurate information, ask us to delete your information (subject to legal retention requirements), or lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner if you believe we have mishandled your information.
Cookies
We use minimal essential cookies for the site to function and a privacy-respecting analytics cookie to count visits. No third-party tracking or advertising cookies.

2 · Terms & Conditions.
These terms apply when you purchase any product or service from automationintelligence.com.au, operated by MIKE DROPS PTY LTD. Australian Consumer Law applies and nothing in these terms limits your rights under it.
What we deliver
- Essential (Founder) — $1,997 — personal brand website plus a 24/7 AI Salesperson trained on your business and voice cloned to yours. Built in 48 hours. First year hosting and domain registration included. 30-day post-launch support call.
- Plus Mobile — $2,197 — everything in Essential plus instant SMS and push lead alerts to your mobile the moment a qualified lead lands.
- Complete — $2,497 — everything in Plus Mobile plus calendar booking, appointment confirmations, 5-day follow-up sequence, and AI search discoverability tuning.
- 1:1 Coaching with Mike — scoped coaching engagements on personal brand, AI Salesperson tuning, and operator systems. Quoted per engagement before any work starts.
- Free Lead Leak Audit — complimentary one-page report on what your current site is leaving on the table. Delivered within 24 hours of submission. No purchase required.
- AI Automation Setup — custom AI agent, automation, and content system builds beyond the productised tiers. Quoted per scope.
Payment
Productised tiers (Essential, Plus Mobile, Complete) are one-time payments in Australian dollars (AUD), processed by Stripe Payments Australia. No monthly fees, no recurring charges, no lock-in. Custom coaching and automation engagements are quoted and invoiced separately.
Delivery guarantee
Your site goes live within 48 hours of receiving your intake information (business name, suburb, phone, services, brand assets, voice sample). If we do not deliver a live site within 48 hours, you are entitled to a full refund. See Refund Policy below.
Your obligations
- Provide accurate intake information promptly after purchase.
- Respond to review requests within a reasonable timeframe so we can hit the 48-hour clock.
- Hold the rights to any logos, photos, or copy you supply.
- Comply with Australian law on the operation of your business and the use of your site.
Ownership transfer
You own your website. Full ownership, code, content, and domain transfer to your name on launch. You can self-host, transfer hosting, modify, or walk away at any time. We will not hold your keys.
Ongoing support
Every productised tier includes a 30-day post-launch support call. After 30 days, additional changes or AI Salesperson tuning can be arranged separately at a fair hourly rate, agreed in writing before any work starts.
Intellectual property
On full payment and launch, all custom design, copy, and configuration produced specifically for your site become your property. Third-party tools (Stripe, hosting providers, the AI Salesperson framework) remain the property of their respective owners and are licensed to you for the operation of your site.
Liability
We provide our service with reasonable care and skill. To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, our liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to a refund of the amount paid. This does not limit any non-excludable consumer guarantees you have under Australian Consumer Law.
Termination
You may terminate at any time after launch and continue running your site independently. We may terminate the support relationship for non-payment, abuse, or use of the site for illegal purposes, with reasonable notice.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.

3 · Refund Policy.
This refund policy applies to every productised tier on automationintelligence.com.au. Nothing here limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
The 48-hour guarantee
The 48-hour clock starts the moment we receive your completed intake information (business name, suburb, phone, services, brand assets, voice sample, any photos you want included). If your site is not live within 48 hours from that point, you are entitled to a full refund of every dollar paid, no questions asked.
How to claim a refund
- Email hello@hauscyan.com with the subject "Refund request" and your order reference.
- We acknowledge within one business day.
- We process the refund via Stripe to the original payment method within five business days of confirming the claim.
- Stripe typically returns funds to your account within five to ten business days from there, depending on your bank.
What is covered
The 48-hour delivery guarantee applies to every productised tier: Essential (Founder) $1,997, Plus Mobile $2,197, and Complete $2,497.
What is not covered
- Delays caused by you not providing intake information or assets in a reasonable timeframe.
- Change of mind after the site is live and delivered as specified.
- Custom 1:1 coaching and AI automation engagements, which are quoted and refunded per the specific engagement letter signed at the start of work.
- Issues with third-party services outside our control (your domain registrar, your email provider, your hosting if you have moved off ours).
Australian Consumer Law
Our service comes with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the service repaired or compensated if the service fails to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
